What is RUSH SERVICE?

RUSH Service reduces the Production Time for your order to no more than 5 business days. By purchasing this service, your order is moved to the top of my production list. The cost for this service is based on the total of your order (not including tax and/or shipping) and will fluctuate based on my current work load. RUSH Service does NOT reduce your shipping time. Please see below on how to purchase expedited shipping.

What is PRODUCTION TIME?

Production time is the number of days before your order will ship out. This time frame fluctuates with the current number of open orders I have. The current production time will be noted in the product details. I fill an average number of orders per day, and based on that average and the number of orders ahead of you, you will be quoted an estimated ship date and/or delivery date at checkout.

What is SHIPPING TIME?

Shipping time is the number of days between the end of Production Time and the day your order is delivered to you. All items weighing more than one pound will ship via USPS Priority Mail or UPS, depending on your shipping zip code. Shipping time takes between 1 and 7 days, with the greater amount being for zip codes furthest from TN. If you are interested in upgrading to Expedited/Next Day shipping, you can do this at checkout.
